Combined Pension Forecasts
With your annual benefit statement we would also like to include information about your State Pension. This should enable you to make informed choices regarding the income you will need when you retire and the income that you will actually receive.
To produce a combined pension forecast we will need to provide the Department of Works and Pensions
(DWP) with information about you, ie surname, first name, sex, date of birth & National Insurance
number.
If you do not want us to give the DWP your personal details, please either telephone the Mouchel
Pensions Unit or email us within 30 days of the date of this application.
